    cuando estaba descargando un juego se fue la luz y cuando regreso no me aparecia la descarga pero si me aparecia que estaba ocupando espacio el juego que no se termino de descargar y en la tienda no me sale la opcion de readunar la descarga y si le vuelvo
    a dar a instalar es como si nunca la hubiera intentado ya descargar

    But now neither Microsft Store or XBox app works.

    Actually no Microsft Store apps works.

    Hi, usually pre sales are deducted from around 10 days from release. If you have an email stating that the transaction will be taken today, then that should be what happens. Just keep an eye on you credit card account.

    As previously posted, it would generally be transacted 7-10 days before the game comes out, but I just wanted to add that we have a great support page with information on how pre-orders work entitled
