    I recently redeemed a gift card for 5 dollars in rewards and it is not in my account!

    They keep doing this and how can I get my gift card?

    Check your order history on the redemption page for the order and it'll have either an option to resend the funds or there might be a code for the funds you can redeem. If it doesn't show either, you'll need to contact Microsoft

    Redeeming Microsoft reward points then using it with another account (xbox)?

    Normally you get a gift card code that can be redeemed on any Microsft account. So you can use it on your Xbox account if you want to.

    The gift card would be automatically deposited into your account. There is currently no way to transfer a gift card to another account through Rewards.
