Microsft reward points.

I recently purchased a 12 month xbox live sub. with my Microsoft reward points which advertised for 27k points. I received the order confirmation and redeem codes to find out the codes don't work. As it is advertised in this event
which I am entitled to, I go to Microsoft and Xbox Support to resolve my issue. I am very disappointed after 4 hours later my simple issue is not resolved and I am resorted to a forum based helpdesk to seek resolution. I am wondering if there is a breakdown
communication between the departments or just simply neglected routine between xbox and microsoft. I legally purchased 12 month Xbox live subscription with my Microsoft reward points as advertised and your support team could fix it on the spot. Very disapointing
and disatisfied, I hope we can resolve this cause if something is advertised as promised then must be adhered to. Otherwise it is false advertising and should be shut down.

Xbox rewards change

i would like to get my xbox rewards deposited i do not want my points converted to micosoft rewards and i am not intrested in opting out either and cant manually deposit existing points which im not very happy about these changes i like xbox rewards
over microsft rewards program first bing rewards then microsoft rewards now this i am really losing my loyalty and patience with micosoft

for help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

Did you redeem the code they emailed?

Double check your account at http://account microsoft.com to see if it shows them being deposited. If not, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site. It should list the order and should give the option to either resend the credit or it'll list a code to redeem. If not, you'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link on the rewards site.
