Discus and support Microsft Jigsaw points update in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've lost my points in the game a while ago , as I passed through 500,00 it suddenly reset itself to Minus 499,999 . since then I have been re-doing...     I've lost my points in the game a while ago , as I passed through 500,00 it suddenly reset itself to Minus 499,999 . since then I have been re-doing my collection and my total is now Minus 284,805 . Have contacted both XBOX and Microsoft support , checked
    for updates to game etc as directed by them but no change . Now they have sent me a link to come back here !!!!!!

    Does anyone from XBOX ever check these complaints and discussions or are they too busy refilling their glasses ????

    well i bought a xbox live membership on the xbox live dashboard 33% off, it included 600 microsoft points i bought it in december and its May i'm wondering were are the 600 microsoft points.

    for help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    On advice from Mister Mascot I have uninstalled and re-downloaded Jigsaw , but unfortunately this didn't work .

    Hey there Legit! I checked into your account to see which promotion you took advantage of, and I think there was some confusion here. The offer was for 12 months of Gold @ 33% off OR 600 MSP if you redeem a 12 month prepaid card. It looks like you took advantage
