Microsft account login error

It's a known issue and I hope it gets fixed quickly!

Every time I try and sign in on my xbox I get the same error message "theres a problem with your account. fix it at account.live.com, then come back to sign in." but every time I try to sign in to my Microsoft account via any device I get the same
error message "something went wrong and we cant sign you in right now. please try again later. the Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. please wait a moment and try again." this problem has been going on for
the last 5 days and I cant seem to fix it

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select
See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Hello, if you login to your microsft account you can look under billing. It wont give you the exact time but it will tell you the date the code was processed.
