Kindly perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

if that didn't work kindly uninstall and reinstall the app.

Same problem with the Microsoft Rewards app. There is no picture. Just a grey square that won't load. Xbox series X

Have you tried refresing the browser featuring the surveys, logging out and logging in microsoft rewards and even closing and reopening the browser you are using to complete surveys,
