    microsf is billing me for things I didn't accept to...why ?


    Why is it microsoft is billing me for xbox live when I turned it off...now I get "it appears you found a glitch in the system" when I try to access it. Can anyone tell me why this happening and one month of gold xbox live is costing me over $20 ?

    hey this didn't help me at all i'm trying to renew my xbox account and it wont accept my billing info!!!!!

    so what am i supposed to do!

    The Billing information won't take my postal code.

    When i go to update my billing settings to purchase something, it wont accept my postal code and says it is invalid, i live in Europe and my postal code is
    (Mod Removed), anyone know why it wont accept it...any help would be great.
