    Microphone not working


    My I go into a party or just go to game chat my headset which is the one included with my Xbox One doesnt work I talk into it and the light around my gamer pic doesnt come up ir my name doesnt come up saying anything I tried another controller and headset
    but it didnt work and it wasnt on mute as I turned it off and checker lots please reply thanks

    So I did a test with a microphone and it didn't work. The chat mixer appears but the microphone does not work.

    try to use the microphone with a mobile phone to verify what is the microphone, if it works it may be the control input that does not work
