    My microphone works on other devices and platforms, but when I get back to using my account party and game chat does not work and it has really been hindering my gaming abilities.

    Has Microsoft release of the "S" or "Slim" helped?

    The 320GB HDD has been available since mid-October. My pre-order was shipped from Amazon on October 17th. It's only available for the 360 S.



    The color doesn't matter. It's an internal drive. It's not visible from outside the console unless you're looking in the trap door vents.

    communications ban party chat issues

    after getting a communications ban in mid October for a week the ban was lifted on the 24th of October. after the ban was lifted I have not be able to talk in game or party chat. I have heard this happening to other peopke but have not got any help from
    xbox support or the enforcement team. It's been a month and this service I use nearly everyday has not be working.

    Im having the same issue except mine just started this week. Is yours working for a little while then just randomly dropping out and you can't here anyone and can't talk? It wont even show me the talking icons on peoples gamer pictures when they speak.

    Haven't received the 100 MP for renewing 1st gold membership.

    If you used this option at the beginning of September, the points system wont show till October, and the points will be redeemed to you mid October.

    I bought this Xbox One under the premise that i'd get 50,000 Microsoft rewards points

    Has it been 15 business days since your console has shipped? If you received it in early October you are probably right around the 15 business day mark and the staff will have to review your account and reply to you here. If it shipped closer to mid-October
    then you still have a few more days before they are supposed to be delivered.

    Constantly getting disconnected from XBOX LIVE. Really frustrating.

    Asslinn - It's been happening on and off since around mid-October. No, I do not have any problems when using my PC internet.

    Miss Portia - I can connect back immediately. It makes me do the "Test Connection" but other than that it reconnects instantly.
