    Have tried with 2 separate headsets have connected both to my phone and both mics are working. Sometimes I cant hear them either I've also used 2 different controllers.

    That generic support doesn't really apply here. The problem is with a PC microphone, not an Xbox One microphone. The Xbox App on PC detects the mic and it works if I start a party via the app, but it doesn't work in any capacity on the Xbox One for parties
    or game chat.

    The microphone does not work in any games nor does it work in party chats. The headset is the standard headset that comes with an xbox purchase.

    Xbox live is having issues yet again. I should have stayed on the Playstation platform.....Microsoft should have never got into the gaming arena....they can't even keep a basic OS working right.
