Microphone not working in chat

Hello,

I recently have a problem using my headset with my xbox one. After 2 month of not using my xbox I tryied to play with a friend today, but it's impossible for me to talk with him. When I talk seems like the xbox doesn't receive the signal, because in group
my icon image doesn't lighs as when it was before when I talk. The same happens on game chat. My friend don't hear my voice. I tried everything I could for 1 hour for resolving:

-switch off and turn on the xbox

-reset the console

-look for updates

-disconnect and reconnect the headset

-trying with and without the turtle beach adapter

-connecting the controller with a cable and with normal bluetooth

-changing account

-changing controller

-changing headset and using a normal ear phone

-switch off and turn on my wifi (nat was open)

I think it's a software problem but I can't confirm. I have a Turtle beach XO Four stelth. Thanks for you help and sorry for my bad english, I hope it's comprehensible

Problem with an otherwise functional microphone chat in world of tanks

When you turn off the remote control functions including audio chat microphone. After connecting the wireless controller immediately stops working chat microphone and audio functions only. when you disconnect the remote control, microphone chat works again.

Are you currently enrolled in the Insider Program? I know people there are having lots of mic issues and the only remedy is to make sure the controller firmware (not system firmware) is up to date.

No, I'm not in the insider program and i tried to follow thw steps in the article but they are not working.

When I connect the headset the xbox recognizes the microphone but when I talk nothing happens... I'm becoming mad

sì hanno l'adattatore, no quello in teoria non dovrebbe avere nulla visto che funziona senza problemi... ho anche provato a collegarle direttamente al controller e non funziona nemmeno in quel caso. Le impostazioni le ho ricontrollate e non ce nulla di strano

I'm sorry to hear so far nothing has solved it.

In this case I would suggest to do aSoft factory reset
(Reset the Xbox keeping games and apps). This step will reboot the Xbox and does
require internet connection and it will ask to re download your profile.
(Make sure to know your Microsoft account information before doing this step)
