    Microphone not recognised


    Hi!

    We have been through 2 controllers since October. Headset is not recognised by Xbox One S.

    I have just got off the phone with microsoft who advise its because of third party headsets (Rig 500) and the new update to the xbox.

    Has anyine hadvthis issue and would the problem get resolved if i bought microsoft headsets?

    Yes if you purchase MS accessories your chances to play online without issues are greatly increased as they are compatible with other devices of the service.
