    Microphone not found for these people


    Whenever I turn on my xbox, my xbox one chat adapter doesn't turn on, this started suddenly happening 2 days ago, my batteries are fully charged and my adapter is updated, what's going on? Please help.

    Microphone not found issue.

    When joining a party on the Xbox, I get it saying that they cannot find a microphone. When i go to the Xbox app on my PC it works so its not the hardware that is busted, plus i got a new headset and it still doesn't work on the Xbox, only works on the PC
    app. Does anyone have an idea on what i should do, and or experienced the problem before?

    Need help with mic and xbox one...

    I have gone through around 5 functioning mic's that were not the xbox mic but I have seen them work for many other people. It says in the party when it is not working "We can't find a microphone for these people." "Go to device settings." I have looked through
    troubleshooting for all types of microphones(Including the Microsoft troubleshooting page and the turtle-beach troubleshooting page) and have not found a way to fix it. I am starting to think that the problem is with the xbox and not the mic, my xbox is the

    Just a note:

    If you have found some friendly people online and they use microphones and communicate well, you can add them as a friend to play with them whenever they are in a game if available, or by checking your past players and joining them if you can't find any
    other people to play with.

    I can't hear sounds but I can hear my party and they can hear me.

    Found out it was the headphone adapter that connected the sound and microphone together, thanks for the recommendation!

    The microphone would sync the same way as on the old xbox's. The sync button is found on the front of the console just to the left of the usb ports. Push it and then hold the power button on the microphone for about 4-5 seconds. This will sync the mic

    Day one controller coming apart?

    There is a major problem now with the day one controller and the headset microphone. The rumble feature knocks loose the connector inside the controller, rendering the headset microphone useless. The only fix i have found for this is a screwdriver!
