Microphone isn't working. Trust GXT383 Dion 7.1

USB cable is only for charge the digital box. SPDIF cable is used for sound.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues with headset on Xbox. With the jack-jack this may be causing the feedback. How is it connecting to the Xbox console? As wired headsets are not compatible when connected to the Xbox via USB. Also,
as the headset is third party and we have no information on that particular one, you may want to reach out to the manufacturer. The headsets that connect via USB all have a base that transmit wireless.

Thanks for the update and the picture how it connects. Personally I use ear buds for a headset. We recommend to get with the manufacturer as there may be something crossing within the adapter to cause the noise and such.
