    Microphone input is extremely low


    I have a Logitech G Pro X headset, along with a Razer Kraken headset. My console is an Xbox One All Digital Edition. When speaking into the microphone, I have to yell for it to pick up my audio. I've tried the following:
    -Resetting the Xbox
    -Hard resetting the Xbox
    -Using different controllers
    -Using different headsets
    -Updated the controller and the Xbox
    -Made sure the batteries on the controller were fully charged
    -Used a wire to connect the controller and Xbox
    -Connected the headsets to a computer and checked if they're OK there

    -Changed the Audio Mixer settings in Audio

    These headsets are brand new, and the console is less than two months old with zero issues.

    Looking into this device a bit more, I have seen a few on there saying the same with the wired kind same with the wireless, It's almost like that device mic requires the software attached for pc use to get full power from it sadly.     might have a few ideas to improve it.

    The thing is obviously if this is on both headsets...the fault must lay on the console side. Maybe a conflict of settings somewhere. Its the only logical (no pun intended) sense i can make of it

    Nope, the only thing it has on the side is a microphone mute slider, and a volume output adjust. There's nothing else on it.

    Hold your power button down for 10 seconds or untill it shuts down completely.

    Remove power cable from the back and wait 1 full minute before restarting.

    what ive been advised to do and in the club on the console it stats after xbox consoles was experiencing technical faults recently...i know some people wasnt waiting the correct time or even removing the cable. Lol

    What power cycling issue is that? I've never heard of it. If you mean turning it off and back on again, then yes, I've done that..
