    My mic doesn't work it make noise during party and is too low. I also tried it on Warzone and it doesn't work.

    My headphones aren't broken and i updated my controller.

    Do you have the same problem?

    Hello,

    Are you directly connected in Jack ?

    If so, I advise you to buy the xbox adapter for headsets.

    Some headsets have a lot of trouble working without them.

    May I know exactly your Xbox console model? Also, what's your headset make/model? Do you connect it through the Xbox controller or connect it wirelessly?

    First, try to power cycle your console. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

    Could you tell me the brand of your headphones, also if possible share a screenshot of your audio settings on the Pc

    In the case of your wired earphones you should first check if your PC jack has built in both options, as commonly bthey use one jack for output and other for input

    In the case of your wireless earbuds you should check on the soun settings that is the selected device for Mic input, if your jack allowed both input and output you should do the same with your wired one
