    Microphone cuts in and out. Help!


    Everything is working fine in Destiny 2 gameplay except for my mic. It will intermittently disconnect/reconnect while I'm in a party. I tried new headset and controller. Did all troubleshooting, contacted my internet provider to assure all necessary ports
    for Xbox Live were open. Are there additional ports I need to open for the mic to pick up better in this specific game?

    Xbox One Turtle Beach Microphone not working under new Preview Program

    I haven't had this issue before I updated. I think it may be the headset adapter but I wanted to see if anybody else had similar issues. I can still hear people but my microphone isn't detected. It cuts in and out. Any help?

    Hi my son is 9 and he is looking for children his age or younger to play Minecraft with.

    Add . He's 9. Absolutely loves minecraft. Would love to play with other minecraft afficionados. Mom just doesn't cut it. Microphone cuts in and out. Help! :) But doesn't have a microphone.

    Hello, try seeing if your port is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Dust and other small stuff could be blocking the connection. Be careful of damages though.

    After investigating further via the audio playback tool in the sound control panel. the problem is my blue Yeti Microphone. using a different microphone the problem completely disappeared.

    But I'd really like to use my Blue Yeti Microphone as the quality is simply better. if you would know, Is there why in some game scenarios specifically games that are more demanding why a microphone's quality would drop or suddenly cut out?

    Try rebooting your PC. If that doesn't help make sure you don't have any background apps running that will be taking time away form your recording.

    Windows 10 is up to date    . This will ensure that any audio drivers are up to date. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend completing

    a clean boot    . A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
    so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.
