Microphone Chat Symbol

Can anyone Help Please

All of a sudden the microphone symbol has become three times it’s size!

I know how to switch it off all together, but I would prefer to keep the microphone chat symbol, so I can see who is talking

I guess it is a setting, I must have done something accidentally. I cannot find it though

Does anyone know how I can reduce the size of this symbol back to its original size please?

Kinect issue

Hello xbox users and support team, I had some issues with my kinect microphone when I and my friend (signed in as guest) tried to chat with other people in the party, privat chat and in-game chat. Unfortunately none of them worked. This problem just occures
when I have one more controler signed in as guest. It works well when there is just one profile signed in. I tried to switch the channels, butt that didn't work, nor recalibrating my kinect microphone or changing some settings of the speakers and the microphone
at the "preferences" menu. I always hear my friend speaking to me, but he never does. When I look at the the party and speak, I can't even see the symbole with the little speaker, which can be seen usually, when someone is or isn't speaking. I assume it doesn't
even recognise it as a microphone. Sincerely

Try this:

Check the Kinect microphone setting

If you’re using the microphone in the Kinect sensor for chat, make sure no headsets are connected to your console (wired or wireless). Then, make sure the chat microphone on the Kinect sensor is on.

To turn on the Kinect chat microphone:

Sign into Xbox LIVE.

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Select Chat & IM.

Make sure the Kinect microphone is set to On.
