    Microaoft Global Escalations Blocked my account.


    Global Escalations blocked my Xbox account from making purchases. I recieved an email.

    I've contacted my bank and there's no hold on my bank account.

    I've called customer support on several occasions and they haven't been any help.

    How do I get my XBOX account unlocked?

    Parent e-mail address no longer exists

    Finally seem to be getting somewhere with this. My issue on the Microsoft support forums ended up getting escalated, and the Global Escalations rep informed me that I am unable to perform validation to access my account.

    Direct quote: "We request that you contact Xbox support and educate them that Microsoft account is unable to perform validation for your account."

    Where should I go from here?

    Hi,

    Wanted to report on progress that I made on working with MS support on this. Issue was reported to their Level-1 support and then escalated to Global Escalation team. They have taken over my account to replicate the issue on their side, however for them
    the issue was not appearing. Now we will be checking possible hardware-related causes. I will keep you posted.
