    My console just three months and the
    microphone is already dead!

    The guarantee may take charge with the period of three
    weeks (first problem: 3 weeks for
    a new product)

    But you should send in the Czech Republic
    (second problem: Only instead of
    sending whole of Europe)

    The price of the item is about 20 €
    when one is French (third problem:
    a new micro costs about 20
    €)

    It is still hard to see that the
    shipment is the responsibility of the customer as
    the delivery location especially when the
    material has just three months!!!!

    Do you think one day solve the European
    customers for these items (PRICE,
    PERIOD??)

    La garantie peut le prendre en charge avec le délai de trois semaines (premier problème : 3 semaines pour un produit neuf !)

    Mais il faut l'envoyer en République Tchèque (deuxième problème : Seul lieu d'envoi pour toute l'Europe !)

    Le prix de l'envoi est d'environ 20€ lorsque l'on est Français (troisième problème : un micro neuf coûte environ 20€ !)

    C'est tout de même fort de voir que l'envoi est la charge du client étant donné l'endroit de livraison surtout lorsque le matériel a peine trois mois !!!!!!!!!!

    Pensez-vous un jour solutionner les clients Européen pour ces envois (PRIX, DELAI ????)

    XBox One controller's charge port - what kind is it?

    I want to purchase a micro-USB cable in order to connect the controller to the PC or XBox One. But I found out there are many types of Micro-USB:

    Micro-A, Micro-B, etc.

    Can anyone tell me what kind of Micro-USB is the one in the controller's front port, so I don't purchase a useless cable?

    my micro it doesn´t work when i plug it to my controller

    1.i have the normal headphones of xbox, one day the micro stop working and i thought that it was broken or something but today i just discovered that the micro actually works, when i plug the headphones to my laptop the micro works perfectly,
    i don´t know what to do because i plug another micro to my controller and everything it´s fine

    As long as your cable is a USB to micro USB it will work. Most older phones like Blackberry or Samsung smartphones prior to the S8 (S8 and above are USB-C) use Micro USB cables for charging and data transfer. Although these cables are
    quite short, they will work on an Xbox One controller to make said controller wired.

    Any cables you either already have or are preparing to buy that are Micro USB will work on your Xbox One controller on both PC and Xbox One.

    Rare problem with new xbox one controller

    That sounds unfortunate, I haven't used the sync button for the Xbox One in quite some time. I tend to just use a micro-usb to sync the controller to the Xbox One console, try that and see if it works. If it isn't synced after you remove the micro-usb
    cable, then it might be an issue with the controller itself and you may have to get it replaced.
