Bonjour,depuis 1 jours(jeudi 6decembre)(jour de maj) quand des amis me rejoigne je vois le haut parleur (celui qui indique quand quelqu'un parle) être automatiquement mit sur la fonction muet même si des gens ne sont pas mes amis
et quand je lance une partie leurs micros se coupent donc je ne les entends plus mes eux m'entends comment faire svp ultra chiant merci de votre aide

I think you don't understand my situation i think not my controller but my game fortnite because before jeudi 6december no bug . And if i unmuet my friends i understand him . I go testing your astuces

If the problem persists:

Try your Headset with another device, such as a laptop, to see if the headset is working. If not, the headset will
need to be replaced.
Try a different headset on the controller.
Try your Headset on another controller, if you can. If the headset works on the second controller, try
updating the first controlleragain.
If that fails, the controller will need to be replaced. To order a replacement, go to the
Xbox Online Service Center.

Try this out and let us know the results.

How does your headset connect? With a 3.5 mm audio jack or with a Xbox headset adapter?

Do you have a stereo headset with two earpieces or a chat headset with just one? If you have a stereo headset, can you hear game audio?

Would you mind clarifying what happens when your friends join your party?

Hi i think i use 3.5mm jack i have headphone Samsung when you buy phone others days no problem with my party i don't have xbox adapter .all sounds come on my headphones or i use speaker on controller because don't work on console

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. Fortnite on Xbox One supports the ability to play with a mouse and keyboard. Note that when using a mouse and keyboard on Xbox One, you’ll be placed in a game with other users who
