Micro du casque ne marche plus sur Xbox one[Headset microphone no longer works on Xbox one]

Mon micro du casque ne marche plus depuis 15jours, tous fonctionnais très bien et puis un soir plus rien.

J'ai un casque Qpad branché avec adaptateur manette et donc adaptateur jack depuis plusieurs années. Tous fonctionnais très bien jusqu' présent.

À savoir, j'étais en groupe d'amis. j'avais mute mon micro et j'étais parti faire une pause, vu que c étais long, la manette s'est éteinte et donc le micro aussi.

Quand je suis revenu, j'ai rallume la manette, son du jeu et du tchat OK mais mon micro hs.

Voici la liste des manipulations déj essayé :

Éteindre/rallume la manette : rien

Quitte/revenir/crree groupe d'ami : rien

Éteindre/rallume xbox : rien

Debranche/rebranche l'alimentation : rien

Réinitialiser la console sans desintalle jeu : rien

Essaye avec autre manette: rien

Mise jour des manettes : rien

Branchements sur une manette directement dans la prise Jack sans adaptateur : rien

Rachat d'un adaptateur jack splitter : rien

Il faut savoir que le micro casque marche sur mon téléphone.

J'ai le sons du jeu, j'entends les autres mais eux m'entendes pas.

Je sais plus quoi faire.
