    Hi!

    i used a headphones BOSE QC25 without micro. only with nohands beacause i also use it with iPhone.

    i bought adapter and i can hear perfectly but cant use in chat. They dont hear me and i dont hear them.

    its a configuration problem?

    please help!

    USB Surround Sound Headphones Perfect for PS4 but Not Working XBOX One

    Please help! Bought my son Zidl 7.1 USB surround headphones for his Xbox / PS4. PS4 works perfectly but the Xbox makes no sound.

    I gather that I am supposed to plug headphones into the Controller and not the console. Well, the controller has Micro USB not USB. If I use a Micro USB Adapter will it do the trick, or do I need to plug the headphones into something else?

    Very disappointing as tested the headphones on my PS4 and they work perfectly. Now Christmas morning and this issue making my son very sad.

    my micro it doesn´t work when i plug it to my controller

    1.i have the normal headphones of xbox, one day the micro stop working and i thought that it was broken or something but today i just discovered that the micro actually works, when i plug the headphones to my laptop the micro works perfectly,
    i don´t know what to do because i plug another micro to my controller and everything it´s fine

    What is the difference between the Xbox one controller with a usb c included and the regular wireless controller?

    Ones updated model (type c ) with Bluetooth and headphone jack and charges faster

    2nd one uses rf signals and no headphone jack you have to use an adapter

    And charges less faster due to the micro USB limits

    And next gen (higher captain batteries ) play and charge kits only work with USB type c

    I did checked it out, and MIC is not switched OFF, to test, I have tried different headphones on ADAPTER and it works fine, but when I put XBOX headsets the mic doesnt work.

    get a micro usb to full usb adapter, they are plentiful and work very very well, then you can use your regular micro usb cable
