Mic stopped working

hello,

Yesterday all of a sudden my mic stopped working and until now I haven't found a way to fix it. I have a Xbox one stereo headset and everything seems to work fine except for the mic function. It looks like it's a system flaw after trying all possible things
like:

- restart console - no success

- reset console - no success

- tried another profile - no success

- set console back to factory settings-problem maintains

- checked headset on other devices - mic and audio works fine

- tried other controller - same problem

- tried other headset - same problem

- tried different privacy settings - all with no success

I am really out of options so what can it be? No, it's not muted. And if I set up a party and switch to gamechat and back to party chat it says there is no mike detected.

i know more people have this problem if I read some posts on this forum but nowhere I can find the wanted solution for this, as it seems, system error.

please help me, this is so frustrating. I can buy a new controller or headset but I really believe this ain't the problem

Mic Stopped working

Originally I was using the standard headset, then the chat stopped working. I could hear other people talking but they could not hear me. So then I bought the stereo headset and the same thing happened. I bought a new adapter figuring that was what broke.
But it still doesn't work. I can hear everything including game sounds and chat, but no one can hear me, and they say they can hear a buzzing noise through my mic. I've tried 2 adapters and 3 controllers. All controllers are updated. Reset my xbox more than
enough times. Nothing works.

Tried everything it says, I even bought a new controller and a new headset but they also don't work. I am sure it's a system flaw, maybe something came up with the automatic update I don't know... I have seen more people on this forum with the exact same
problem but no solution.
