    Mic problem


    I love the new mic especially when in party chat but come on, sending faulty tech the breaks in a couple weeks is pretty low. they need to fix this, my mic has the audio but I cannot chat, the kinect is useless for chat in my opinion.

    If you register your Xbox One with support, you can request a free replacement. There is no need to send back the faulty headset.
