Mic Output Issues

Hello. I am writing this message to inform the Xbox staff and community that I am experiencing issues with my headset. The headset is a HyperX Cloud Core with aluminum frame. I can hear game sounds and voicechat just fine, but for some reason my audio isn't
being sent through to other people. I have extensively checked every setting on both my console and mic, but it doesn't even show my chat bubble appearing in parties or in gamechat. I have tested the headset on my PC/tablet and the audio sounds just fine.
I have also checked to see if my account has received any communications bans, but it says I have a perfect record. I should note that the console is an Xbox One S and the controller is the standard white Xbox One variant. I'd greatly appreciate any help with
this problem, as it severely interferes with and limits my enjoyment of Microsoft's Xbox One S. Thank you for reading, I hope the issue is resolved at the earliest convenience. (If I have received a ban of some sort, I did not receive any notification and
would like to appeal as I feel it was unjust.)

Can I output users voice to the TV?

The console will output chat to speakers when using the kinect as your mic

 

Wireless headset for use with Xbox One X AND smart TV

Would they work in my setup? Sound output through TV, mic input through xbox?

In the Astro 50 what is transporting the mic input, is it the usb?

I'm sorry to see any headset issues! We are pretty limited in what support we can offer for third-party devices. However, checking on your PC and tablet really helps because it sounds like there might be something wrong with the controller.

If you haven't already, make sure
it's updated. If you have an audio adapter for the controller, make sure that is plugged in when you update it. If you can't, or that doesn't work, try another account with that headset. There could be an account issue, not necessarily a suspension, that
you might be seeing.

If neither of those work, then try out another controller. It could be the controller update corrupted somehow. If it works on another controller, you will need to replace yours.

Lastly, if none of this works, you will want to
reach out to HyperX to see if they have anything else that can be done to help you out.
