Mic not working sound either

Discus and support Mic not working sound either in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My mic is not working and its really annoying! I have Turtle beach recon 50.     My mic is not working and its really annoying! I have Turtle beach recon 50. When it is plugged in xbox thinks it's not. Can someone give me some help? Thanks.

    Hi Ledolpfinn,

    If any of the above don’t work, try to Power cycle/ reset your console and maybe consider a ‘soft’ Factory
    default reset     where you choose the option to Reset and keep my games & apps.

    If you're in the xbox insides program or anybody is on your xbox it has something to do with the updated and it is an known issue

    Have you tried cleaning the aux connection? As dust / dirt can affect the connection
