    Mic not working. On Xbox one head sets


    Has anyone else seen a lot of complaints about head set not working can hear everyone but cannot be heard. Mine did this about 2 weeks ago as well as 3 of my friends had probly 15 people ask about it in the ambassadors chat only solution I have so far is
    get a new headset replaced mine and its working fine but really think with this many complaints something has to be going on on Microsoft end of things .talked to them on the phone told me to hold on to my old headset but we cannot update a factory headset
    and no recent controller updates have been released anything in missing would be a great help

    Tritton 7.1 and Xbox One

    Warheads will work as headphones, not as a headset. The wireless mic setup on the Warheads will not work with Xbox One.

    Does anyone know if Tritton Warheads 7.1's will work on an Xbox one?

    They will work as headphones. They will not work as a headset. The wireless mic connection will not work with the Xbox One and there's no wired mic cable option on the Warhead.

    No USB head sets will work unless they plug into the controller mic port as well.
