    Mic not being recognized by console


    My headset was working fine until December 12th when the mic stopped working. No one could hear me but I could hear them fine. I have the Microsoft Stereo headset. I replaced this headset with a Turtle Beach - Ear Force XO Four Stealth Gaming Headset
    but had the same results. I replaced my Microsoft wireless controller and still had no success. I also tried different networks with no success. I'm wondering if there is a problem with my console.

    Have you called 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269) and talk to a Tech Support. They might be able to help you, I wouldn't know what your problem would be. Either you can call or just wait for someone else to respond, they might know your problem.

    Have you recently had a communication ban? That will cause this type of situation.
