Mic Monitoring Not Working on New Xbox Wireless Headset

I upgraded to their wireless headset over Christmas, and mic monitoring is working on that device.

I am now assuming the wired mic monitoring has a limitation due to the lack of power or something similar.

Anyways, wanted to share with everyone. If you want mic monitoring you can hear, upgrade to the wireless model!

End of October TB release a fully wireless headset which as mic monitoring.

Hello There ! Please follow the steps bellow to troubleshoot the issue :

Can’t hear: If you’re not getting any sound in your headset, first make sure that the headset is powered on, the volume is turned up, and the audio balance dial is not turned completely in one direction. Go into headset settings and check the audio levels in the Equalizer. If that doesn’t fix the problem, restart both devices, check your connection, and see if a firmware update is available.

Mic issues: If your friends can’t hear you, first make sure that your mic isn’t muted, then check in headset settings that Auto-mute is not set to High. If that doesn’t fix the problem, restart both devices, and check to see if a firmware update is available for your headset.

Distortion or buzzing: If you’re hearing unexpected sounds in the headset, first exit to your console or device’s Home screen to see if the sounds are coming specifically from the game. You should also check to see if there’s a firmware update available. If this doesn’t correct the problem, try restarting both devices.

Party audio problems: If you’re experiencing audio issues while in a multiplayer game or party chat, first try exiting and rejoining the game or chat. If that doesn’t work, restart both devices, and check that your network connection is stable. If none of these steps corrects the problem, perform a hard reset of the headset.

The error is the monitoring of the microphone, the rest works well, so this does not help me.

This bug happens to everyone who has the headphones, they must fix it as soon as possible

I've contacted Microsoft Support on this. I'm hoping they update us all. Especially since TB just announced a new headset coming soon that's completely wireless AND has mic monitoring.
