    Ok i will do that right now im in a party with my friend and he doesn't hear any noise so far

    I understand, in this case, I fear it may be a problem with your headset, but before we confirm this, if possible try to test it on another device and record some audio for a few minutes by some third-party program and see if this sound is played on the recording. Also check that there are no updates for your controller, when doing this make sure you have your headset connected to the controller.

    Do you know what settings is it also i dont use mic foam thing could that be the issue im in a party chat with my friend and left my mic on and he said there is no popping noise coming from it so far

    Yes i use it on xbox and i have it connected to my controller my headset model is

    It could be a faulty jack on the headset, could simply be that it's a very budget headset or it's a setting issue. If what the IA suggested above doesn't help, if you have access to a laptop or PC, try party chat through that and see...failing that you could try using it as a microphone on your mobile. That would point to whether it's an Xbox or headset issue
