    Problem with controller

    Little lad is playing on Forza 5 and every 20-30 secs it keeps saying 'Controller disconnected' and he has to sign out and back in again. Getting very annoying.
    Any ideas why it's doing it?

    Its a Razor Kraken, but i think ive found the problem. I must keep the controller extremley close to the xbox for my controller not to disconnect, if i move it away, it will disconnect. Very strange, but at least i know whats happening.

    Yeah ive tried all of these steps Mic keeps disconnecting, this then disconnects controller. Very ANNOYING :( Just nothing works, ik alot of people that have the same problem.

    Is it an Elite controller, S or standard wireless controller? A quick fix (besides changing the batteries...) would be to connect the headset to the controller, wire the controller to the Xbox via USB and then update the controller (if possible) through
    Settings>>>Accessories>>>Update. GIve that a shot, bud.
