    Mic issue. People cant hear me


    This is going to drive me insane. I can hear through my mic but people cant hear me. My voice will come in and out (90% of the time its out) and when my voice comes in it will be pure static a few words will be audible and then I go back out. I
    have 3 controllers, two different mics, one being a turtle beach and one being the standard mic. All controllers are updated. I even went and bought a new Xbox one X thinking maybe it was the hardware in the xbox but I still have the same issue. My nat type
    is open. And before you ask no my mic is not muted. Please help cause I cannot figure this out.

    Preview dashboard . Microphone disconnects party chat from headphones.

    Just got the new preview dashboard . If im in a party with headset on people can hear me but I cant hear them . If I disconnect the mic only I can hear them but they cant hear me. hand controller is upto date with its updates .

    haveing trouble talking in partys

    i cant talk to people in partys. I cant hear them and they cant hear me. I have replaced my cable on my turtle beach and still dont work. My mic isn't being detected. What can i do

    We understand that you are trying to be heard while playing. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

    Based on your description, you are on Xbox Cloud Gaming and your microphone is too fast. May we know if you have tested your microphone on other apps and see if your friends can hear you talk, or your voice is normal? You may try to use other apps with call features or voice recorder app.

    There is a way for you to isolate your issue too, please try to use different headset while you play. That way, you can test if this is an issue with your headset or microphone o r else, during Xbox Cloud Gaming.

    In game chat not detecting a microphone

    I am having the same issue with steelseries arctis 9x

    I believe its the game as warzone still picks up the mic where destiny 2 does not have a mic icon.

    I can't hear anyone and they cant hear me.

    Also everyone else's mics work fine.
