Mic is working but headphones arent

is this on all games? out of curiosity. are you using an adaptor?

check your system settings. go to the settings cog and go down to audio and check your chat mixer and make sure its in the middle and not far right, if its far right it will only give you party chat and no game volume. have you tried party chat? if you are

Im not using any adapter, but im using wired headphones.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to properly handle this problem. I can totally understand how this could be pretty confounding a situation to deal with, but hopefully we can help. To be honest, if you haven't tried an adapter you
just might want to as it's specifically designed to help the third party products work with the controller.
