Mic for Tritton kama not working.

I bought a tritton kama headset from gamestop a while ago. Not until 2 weeks after I bought it the mic stopped working. I don't know how to fix it permanently. I'm thinking of buying a Bluetooth headset but I'm not sure if I'll have the same problem. Can
someone help me fix this.

several issues:

1. tritton kama headset with adapter - works then cuts out - intermittent - works on a controller then enter party chat and dies no sound no mic. is working better on another controller currently. hardware issue or anyone else getting this glitch?

2. general question - can I have more than one headset going at the same time on different controllers i.e local split screen CoD and online mp at same time both split screen guys have headsets?

3. If answer to 2 is yes - now that xbox working with kama intermittently the xbox chat headset not transmitting sound or mic info.

Follow the instructions the mods give you on the first few pages. Report back to them that you completed the instructions if they don't work. They should give you a survey to help investigative teams.

This has been going on for at least 3 weeks. Absurd.
