Mic doesn't work with xbox one

I got a Sades SA-807 2016 mic and it wont work with the xbox one. IT sees it with the mic icon but no one can hear me. The Mic works perfectly fine in Windows 10 and the Mic is Xbox one compatible. I have tried the xbox help articles,
YouTube and just playing around with the settings. Is there anything else i should try?

Xbox One Party Chat doesn't work with wireless Mic

I'm pretty sure this problem just can't be occuring to me, but almost every time I try to use the Xbox One Party chat feature to talk to my friends one of many problems happens that drives me insane. There are multiple problems I've witnessed mainly focusing
around my wireless mic. I have a Turtle Beach Stealth wireless headset and its been good for around the past two years now but recently every time I turn on my Xbox now and I go to join a friends party once I'm in the party I cannot hear them and it really
makes me mad because I could see that they are talking because of the little voice flicker thing and not only that but I could also hear the game volume as well,just not my friends talking. Not only does this occur when I start up my Xbox but it also occurs
randomly even after hours of previously being able to hear them, I just randomly won't be able to hear them anymore and I have to restart my Xbox multiple times in order to fix it. The only solution to this ridiculous problem I've come across is to restart
my Xbox multiple times until my Xbox finally decides to cooperate with me and I'll be able to hear them again. Then not only this problem but sometimes another problem occurs where my Xbox tells me "headset not connected" and it acts as if my mic isn't turned
on or connected or anything, but the stupid part is whenever this happens it takes me to setting to "connect my headset" but then in the settings tab it already says my mic is connected and once again I have to restart my Xbox. I tried fixing this problem
previously but restarting my router thinking maybe it's my wifi connection, but I've always had 4 bars of wifi, and an open NAT so I really don't understand why this problem happens. In conclusion I don't really know what to do and this problem is getting
worse and worse almost every Xbox update it seems.

 

My Mic Doesn't Work

In party chat my mic doesn't pick up my voice. My NAT type is open, my privacy settings are set to Adult. I've tried my elite controller, the controller that came with my xbox, and my roommates controller with the headset that has the weird plug and the
one with the 3.5mm headphone jack (which is my roommates and works for him) and nothing works on my console. I even reset my console to factory but no luck. I can hear everyone else but they can't hear me. I feel like I've checked everything but there's gotta
be something I haven't so any help would be appreciated.
