    I have to reset every single time i turn on my xbox to get the mic to work on the headset. Very annoying

    I can hear them and hear the when i blow into the mic but they can't hear me.

    If you have tried new everythings then it must be your xbox glitching. You could try contacting xbox support if you need more assistance

    Do you have the base station which enables you to switch from Xbox to PC?

    I have noticed this also works for me :)
