Mic does not work when streaming I've tried everything!

I have tried everything I can find on this issue and none of it works. I can hear people no problem but I am unable to speak with them through party chat when streaming xbox to windows 10. The only work around I have found is to not connect my controller
to the pc and keep it connected to the xbox with the headset plugged in to the controller. This works but it is far from ideal.

What have I tried?

xbox beta app installed.

tried running pc in DMZ

all port forwarding setup

uninstalled teredo

reinstalled teredo

I have the headset set to default device. I have even tried setting it to default communication device and as both with no change in both recording devices and playback devices.

What am I running?

Fiber internet 100mbps Upload and 100mbps download

• Headset: Razer Tiamat v2 (I can use this on the xbox one without issue using the stereo chat headset connector and a stereo adapter. I have tried using this connected to my pc and using the adapter and stereo headset connector on my controller
  with no luck.)

This is all extremely disappointing. I was hoping to be able to utilize the streaming functions to avoid purchasing an expensive capture card and all of the various random cables required to capture everything including party chat by utilizing this app,
saving myself several hundred dollars in the process.

My NAT type on the xbox app refuses to change from moderate regardless of the settings changes listed in the what have I tried function. I do not know if this is the cause of this issue. It shows as open on the xbox itself.

Mic won't work through game streaming

Ever since the update on xbox, my mic does not work through game streaming. On the top right it now shows a mute mic symbol. My mic is working fine as it works when I'm not using game streaming and just am playing on my xbox. How can I fix this?

 

I've tried everything.

My main problem is with Microsoft Jigsaw. I've tried almost everything suggested on the community boards. I ran the the App Troubleshooter multiple times. Every time that I did it would tell me that the Windows Store Cache may be damaged.



I ran the Win Key + R fix with WSreset. After the Store opened again, I would run the app troubleshooter again and it would say that the problem was fixed until I closed the Store.

Potential Issues that were checked:

Microsoft account required Issue not present

Temporary Internet files location has changed Issue not present

User account Control has been disabled Issue not present

What does this mean? I have no idea. I have a Microsoft account. I need to know what these issues are and they're not addressed.

I bought many of the Jigsaw collections and they just disappeared. I clicked the 'downloadable collection' option, but as it's opening the entire game window shuts down.

In desperation I tried deleting all of my Windows/Xbox games then reloaded them as many people suggested. NOTHING! It's all the same.



I've even tried renaming the Cache folder name. It didn't work. Does anyone have any clues as to what's going on and what I can do to fix it? I feel like I'm going crazy now. LOL

Thank you all for your support. I have an HP system and I'm wondering if it has something to do with one of the HP programs, but it's not specified. If you have any ideas, let me know, please. I would appreciate any help in this matter.

your having by clicking the happy face in left NAV bar within the app and selecting "Report a problem. This will grab helpful data and report this info to the developers. If we have further questions we will contact you.
