Mic and headphone ports

Discus and support Mic and headphone ports in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My laptop only has on 3.5mm port for headphones and my headset needs 2 too plug in mic and sound.     My laptop only has on 3.5mm port for headphones and my headset needs 2 too plug in mic and sound. Is there any way i could make both of them work?

    Mic on new controllers with 3.5mm built in Audio port

    Yes, both controllers fully updated.

    Mic is at2020usb+, headphones are the apple earbuds, phone is the Nexus 5.

    I'm using the audio out port on the mic and connecting that to the mic port of the splitter, and the headphones to the headphones port of the splitter, and the combo port to the controllers.

    Hello Scatter, unfortunately not possible, in so that it can work the headset has to be PC compatible, this usually implies it be USB or come native a cable with phone and separate microphone to connect.
