Mi Xbox was banned

I go the Xbox Enforcement | Console Check to check why my Xbox 360 was banned y the page show the next error:

"Unable to detect the state of this serial number at this time, please connect this device to Xbox Live."

I reclaim a reason to banned mi xbox. I don´t have commited any fault.

Mi serial numer is[Mod Removed]

Mi trovavo in una semplice partita di rainbow six siege

Ad un tratto bannato perchè entro nel gruppo di un player che mi invita e mi teamkillava e questi mi segnalano e vengo bannato

Non si puo continuare cosi

Sono stato bannato 3 volte in 2 settimane

Cosi non possiamo continuare

Profondamente deluso…

Come avrete letto dal titolo è quello che mi è successo. Non so di preciso il perché mi abbiano bannato, e cercando informazioni sul web si potrebbe fare anche un ricorso, ma il problema è che non mi appare l'opzione di far incominciare il ricorso al mio
ban siccome la data non mi è stata scritta di quando mi avrbebero sbannato, anzi! Mi hanno bannato in data: ...

Quindi vorrei chiedere se è possibile farsi sbannare senza un data specifica di quando ti avrebberò sbannato.

An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account explaining the reason for the ban.

No one here can tell you the reason as we don't have access to that information.

Have you tried connecting the console to live?
