Xbox Support and see if they are willing to reset it for you.

home console setting. Unfortunately, no one here on the forums or support can assist in this issue. Once the 5 switches are used, then you need to wait until the date to use again. However, you can try to get one additional switch.

Note Customer support can’t offer additional switches. If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
Help when you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.
