    Verán, recientemente compré el disco de juego de la colección del jefe maestro y creo que al momento de empezar a instalarlo todo bien porque también empezó a descargar la actualización y hasta ahí todo bien, pero cuando me marcó que estaba listo para empezar
    quise probar qué tal y sólo mostró la cinemática inicial y cuando presioné start se atoró y me sacó del juego, y lo mismo pasó cuando se terminó de instalar.

    ¿Es común esto? ¿Borrarlos y reinstalarlo funciona? ¿Tiene que ver con el disco?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with game launching. We recommend to uninstall and reinstall the game completely. Once you start install wait until the complete game is installed.
