I'm sorry to see any issues with you Xbox One USB cable! Since another cable seems to be working for you, and is totally okay to use with the controller, it sounds like that cable is failing.

Do you have another PC or Xbox One that you are able to test the cable on to ensure that it is indeed faulty? Give that a shot. If it doesn't work on either of those, then the cable does need to be replaced.

Parece que algo le pasa al mando. ¿Tienes un segundo mando con el que puedas probar que esto no ocurre? ¿U otra consola de un amigo donde puedas probar si ocurre allí?

Si no, propongo unas pruebas antes de enviar el mando como ultima opción.

Si tienes un PC que tenga Windows 10, sigue estos pasos.

- Apaga la consola

- Con el PC encendido, conecta tu Mando a este via cable USB

- Una vez esté conectado con el PC, desconecta el cable USB, y manten el botón Guía (la X grande del centro) unos 6 segundos hasta que el mando se apague (el botón no se iluminará)

- Conecta el mando por USB a la XBOX, enciendela. Pulsa el botón guía para encender el mando.

- Una vez puedas moverte por el menú de la consola, desconecta el cable del mando USB.

- Si el mando está conectado aun, vamos bien. Apaga la consola (sea desde el botón de apagado o desde tu mando).

- Por último, enciende la consola desde tu control.

Según lo descrito al problema que presentas no es un problema de los mandos sino de la Pc. Ahora bien, la conexión que estas utilizando es solo cable USB o estas conectándola de forma inalámbrica o por Bluetooth.

A continuación, se explica cómo comprobar manualmente si hay actualizaciones en el Administrador de dispositivos:

1. Coloca el puntero del ratón en la esquina inferior derecha de la pantalla, muévelo hacia arriba y selecciona Buscar.

2. Escribe Administrador de dispositivos en el cuadro de búsqueda y selecciona Administrador de dispositivos.

Nota Es posible que Windows te pida una contraseña de administrador o que confirmes la opción seleccionada.

3. Busca y expande Mando Xbox One de Microsoft.

4. Haz clic con el botón derecho en el elemento expandido Mando Xbox One de Microsoft y selecciona Actualizar software de controlador.

5. Selecciona Buscar automáticamente software actualizado.
