Hola a mi me psa exactamente lo mismo y solo es con el juego fortnite, con skype por ejemplo el microfono funciona bien, la nat es abierta . Gracias

No creo que sean mis headsets por qué en ocasiones escucho a mis compañeros cuando entro al party pero no pasan mas de 5 segundos que los escucho y es como si los mutearan completamente (pero no lo estan) y mi microfono puedo ver que funciona pero ellos
no me escuchan

En mi PC funciona sin problemas con esa configuración... no entiendo por qué no funciona en el Xbox... ya descarté que fuese el micrófono porque al pasarlo a inglés USA funcionaba sin problemas.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with your controller. As our Ambassador has suggested, it would be a good idea to ty updating your controller first and the steps to do so can be found in our support article entitled Update
your Xbox One Controller. Further troubleshooting of the controller may be done using our Xbox One Wireless Controller Solution to
see if you can get the controller to recognize the headset.

Should you do all possible troubleshooting and the mic is still unrecognized, it may be due to the controller's headphone jack not recognizing the presence of the headset. At that point, we'd recommend either using a headset adapteror, if the controller
is in warranty,
requesting a replacement controller.

I hope that this information helps a bit more! Please let us know the results of the troubleshooting.
