Mi juego no inicia/ My game doesn’t start

Recientemente reservé Mortal Kombat 11, el dia de la beta, se instaló bien, el problema ocurrió cuando no me dejaba iniciar el juego porque, según esto, estaba dañado y que lo tenía que volver a instalar y eso hice, lo hice 4 veces y seguía sin iniciar,
yo en un inicio creía que era cosa de Warner Games pero no, porque ahora que ya salió el juego me pone el mismo error.¿Alguien sabe como reparar esto? No quiero perder un juego.

Thanks for keeping us updated with the MK 11 not starting after downloading. If you already reinstalled the game,
and the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help refresh the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Delete the game, hard restart the console by keeping the power button down for 10 seconds and download the game again.
