Mi headset is working but my xbox wont puck up my mic

I got a 2boom Korvet ghp235r and when i use it on my xbox one it doesnt pick up my voice, it wont recognize the mic at all, i can hear perfectly to both my parties and my games, i have already done all of those stalling trobleshooting methods, updated my firmware, tried the headset on my phone, my computer and a different controller but nothing, ive already restarted the console and got nothing, i know the headset is fully functional and i know my controller works bc my old headset is all good, its weird that everthing works except for the mic, my settings are all fine aswell, there is no mute button on the headset either, hope someone can help. Ive tried everthing i could, at this point im not trying to make it work i just want to know whats the problem, i have another pair of headsets that work perfectly on my xbox and this one also works on my laptop and my phone, i just want to know why the xbox wont recognize the mic but it will give audio and let me modify the volume of it

If you can’t hear the person you’re trying to chat with after joining their party, try these tips:

Check that your privacy settings allow communication with everyone. Press
the Xbox button to open the guide and select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy. Select View details & customize > Communication & multiplayer, and then make your changes.
Unmute or unblock the person you’re trying to chat with. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Parties & chats. Select the party to expand the party roster, choose the
person you want to unmute, and select Unmute.
Check the party chat volume for each person in your party. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Parties & chats. Select the party to expand the party roster, choose the person you want to check, and then verify that their volume slider is at a level that you can hear. To change the volume level, move left or right using the D-pad or the left thumbstick to adjust the volume slider.
Check that you have joined party chat from within the party window.
See if you’re experiencing network latency or other network issues. To do this, check the detailed network statistics for your network by following the steps in: Network settings on Xbox One
See if you’re experiencing an issue related to Network Address Translation (NAT): Troubleshoot NAT multiplayer game issues

If the adapter just changes the mic input on the controller from the X1 type to a Xbox360 type then my wireless headset should work fine....I will just plug my bluetooth puck into the adapter and go forth.....

One other thing to note is that my Xbox wont pic up my headset's mic / audio what so ever, so even if I'm in a party by my self, It's not registering me as speaking.

Mine had this issue as well. I discovered it was due to the headset adapter "puck" not fitting as snugly in its spot. Due to the lose fit the connections would constantly drop. I could hear them, but no one could hear me. Once I tried puck on my brand new
2nd controller the issues immediately stopped. The puck also snaps in tightly, for now. I have no doubt that after a certain amount of use this controller will also start to loosen up its hold on the puck. The headset adapter puck is a really poorly designed
attachment. Hopefully, that is why they released new controller with headset jack on it.
