    No puedo jugar online Fifa 2013

    Queria saber por que no puedo jugar fifa 2013 online al poner cualquier seccion me Dice " Tu perfil de jugador no tiene los permisos correctos para acceder a esta funciòn " y hice todo puse el pass con el que venia el juego veo en el juego y me sale que
    esta activado pero aun asi no puedo jugar online

    mi perfil no cuenta con los permisos necesarios para acceder a Xbox live???

    bueno veo que la respuesta es la misma siempre, sera porque no es la respuesta correcta, yo tengo membresía gold vence el 1/2 es la de 12 meses, en el fifa 15 no tenia problema alguno podia acceder a todas las características del juego pero en el fifa 16
    no puedo acceder al shop, si alguien sabe como se soluciona se lo agradecería, obvio que el cartel que me sale dice " Tu perfil no tiene los permisos adecuados para acceder a esta característica" repito no es una membresia de prueba sino que es una membresia
