Tengo un problema alguien me puede ayudar, no puedo crear una cuenta nueva. Tampoco puedo entrar a mi cuenta de xbox live para poder jugar online. Mi cuenta a sido temporalmente bloqueada.. Llame a tecnico suport pero todas las soluciones estan visitando
xbox/help. Me piden un codigo pero al momento que envio el codigo me dicen que lo intente dentro de 24 horas mas. Y asi sigo sin poder recuperar mi cuenta. Trato de abrir otra y el sitio no esta disponible en este momento por mas de una semana.

Sorry for the issue with your account. You can visit the
enforcement site to see if you have a suspension. Although it sounds like you have a console suspension if unable to create a new account. Do you get any error messages? If you are unable to view the console suspension you can request a call back with this
template.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
