Mi console is not login to my account

Please go to the Xbox 360 system settings, and under the network settings, do a connection test to Xbox Live.

Does the test go all the way through? Or do you get an error message during the test?

If everything went through, go to
https://account.microsoft.com/Proofs/Manage and sign in with your account.

Check if your security info (i.e. secondary emails, phone numbers etc.) are all correct and up to date.

While already there, it's a good idea to make your account hacking-proof. Scroll down and enable Two Step Verification, and set up the free Authenticator App on your smartphone. That way, if a hacker manages to steal your password, they are asked for a code
that only your phone can provide. Without your phone, no one can get into your account, even if they have the password.

However, the Xbox 360 can't work with Two Step Verification yet, and you need to create an app password, a bit further down on the page.

After you created the App password (write it down, you'll need it later), go to your Xbox 360.

Go to the storage settings, and check if your profile shows up as corrupted. If it does, delete your profile from the storage drive.

Now on the storage settings screen with the drive selection, highlight any storage drive and press the Y button. Clear the System Cache in the new menu.

Then restart the console and try to download your profile.

Provide your Microsoft Account email and the App Password you created earlier.

I think if you haven't use it for years, then the problem is that is out of date, try to update it manually
