    I try to open the game monster hunter world but it closes after 3 seconds, in addition no error message comes out so I do not have an error code or something similar to guide me.

    Have you tried hard reset? also tried uninstalling your games

    Which solutions have you tried? If you don't let us know we'll more than likely repeat them. In the meantime, if you haven't done so already try a power cycle. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    If it does not then try a factory reset. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to reinstall them.

    I see you've already done some troubleshooting to get Forza back up and running. We suggest you try

    uninstalling the game    .

    1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
      See all.
    2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button
      on your controller.
    3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
    Let us know if this helps!
